This Policy aims to explain in a simple and transparent way what type of personal data we collect about you and how we process it; refers to the personal data of our customers, business partners, other people who come into contact with us or visit our locations, employees or people in the process of hiring, collaborators and applies to personal data collected by: e-mail, directly at the reception, various forms, CVs, video recordings, website, social media.

 

In order to carry out the activity, SC 4P RENEWABLES SRL can collect, process and store certain personal data necessary from a legal point of view, for the conclusion of a contract or for legitimate interest, having the legal obligation to keep the data we collect about you, including a certain period of time after the termination of the relationship, in accordance with the “know your customers” regulations.
