Who we are
We are a consortium of renewable energy project developers, financiers, and construction companies. We combine deep local knowledge of the Romanian market, extensive international experience, and world class investment partners. Our focus lies on the development, construction, and operation of industrial scale projects in Romania and in selected other European countries. In doing so, we are taking an active role in the global energy transformation and are contributing towards safe and clean energy supplies in the future.
What we do
We deliver a broad range of services for the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects.
- Screening of prospective project lands and securing eligible project sites
- Obtaining all mandatory permits, including the urbanization certificate, the connection permit (ATR) as well as the construction authorization
- Securing financing and ensuring the bankability of the renewable project throughout the process
Own Project Development
We focus on early-stage project development until the “Ready to build” stage:
Brokerage Services
For very advanced or operational renewable energy projects we arrange transactions between trusted sellers and our investment partners
Clients and Investors
We work closely with landowners – private and/or municipals – to ensure that our projects are well perceived within the local community and are beneficial to all stakeholders.
